چکیده
President Ho Chi Minh left behind a comprehensive system of views, covering very broad content, related to the entire Vietnamese revolutionary cause. In particular, view on foreign affairs is an important part strategies and in international affairs, not only historical value but also great epochal significance. The article introduces Minh's views such as role affairs; contents, methods, mottos, forces; style art abroad. From there, shows meaning applying our country current period.
